MYOB have experienced great success. By increasing the number of support staff, running training centres all around the world, and doing their best to make the software as is easy to use for their customers (lets face it – it is still pretty complicated at times). Still, in 1996 they won the small business award and from there have been continually succeeding in their position as market leading accounting software. Without the support team, MYOB could not have experienced the success they have.
