When a business is bought out by another company, there are more changes to the business than just the owners.
Even though the new organisation provides the same service at the same price, it will never be exactly the same business, or provide exactly the same service.
This brings up a great point. Customers buy for a lot of reasons and most of them have nothing to do with the quality or price of your product or service.
Customers buy:
- Your personality
- Your service
- Your efficiency
- Your reputation among people they know
- Your philosophy about life, business, or politics
- Your location
- The way your store looks
- Your memorable Web site or Web address.
