Heritage Tea Rooms joined Townsville Enterprise as they didn’t know any contacts. They then changed their menu seven times to suit their changing customers and the changing needs of their customers. If you want to change successfully, make sure you are prepared to move with the change and make the change before its required – that way you have more control.
