Testimonials from satisfied customers will show how your business can do a better job than your competitor when it comes to customer satisfaction.
Testimonials and statements from real people are powerful. Show their photo if you can. You may have to write down the testimonial for them yourself.
Type the statement on blank paper and have them sign it, thereby giving you authority to use it. Use the most important sentence or phrase, plus the customer’s name. Use a series of them if you can.
Testimonials without photos are good too. Many businesses encourage prospects to call the people who have provided the testimonials, so they can vouch for the business in question.
If you do this, make sure it is OK with the person who has provided the testimonial.

To whom it may concern:
Your saleswoman “Martha” is a wonderful asset to your business. She really knows the merchandise, the features and how to use them. She helped me make good choices when I selected a new computer system.
“Martha’s” knowledge and ability certainly made a big difference compared to the people I’ve encountered in other stores. She took a lot of time showing me everything and I certainly appreciated the help.
I tell all my friends to shop at your store.
Yours truly.

Dear Sirs
I have been a satisfied customer for many years. It’s mainly because of “John Jones”, your salesman. He never rushes me and his high degree of product knowledge makes it a pleasure to do business with your store.
I tell all my friends to ask for “John Jones” when they shop at your store. Congratulations on choosing employees who have knowledge and professionalism.
Regards.
